Life
Enlisted in the Army at age 21 and was subsequently posted to Mainz, Germany where I met the woman who would become my wife. Got married in March 1989. Was discharged from the Army in August 1990 and then called back to active duty in January1991 due to Desert Storm. Discharged again in March 1991 following the end of the war. ng this time that my wife, Petra, and I decided to make Germany our permanent home. We now live in Langforden in Northern Germany and have two children, Ariane, age 4, and Dylan, age 3. I work as an electrician and some of my current hobbies include fishing in local rivers and lakes, volunteering at the local animal shelter, and target shooting.
