Henry's Story
Hello:
After graduating from Patterson in 1967, I enrolled at Baltimore Junior College and then obtained my bachelor's degree from the University of Baltimore. I was fortunate to enlist in the U.S. Army Reserve in 1971 and started teaching in the Baltimore City School system in January, 1972. I earned a Master's degree in Business Education in 1981 and became department head of business and computer science at Edmondson/Westside High School in July, 1982.
Prior to that, I taught for 1/2 year at Northern Parkway Junior High, two years at Patterson, one year at Dunbar ...Expand for more
and 7 years at Carver High School. I retired in June, 2002 and I've been at Loyola University since August, 2003. I don't teach at Loyola, but rather work in the Technology Services department as an administrative assistant. I'm getting ready to retire from that job in October, 2014.
I've been married for 40 years and have one son and one grandson. My son works at Franklin Square Hospital as a PA and his wife is an ER nurse.
I hope that whoever visits this has had as wonderful life as I have and my thoughts and prayers have been with all of you for many, many years.
