Workplace Following separation from active duty in the Army, I worked for Burns & Roe Engineering as an Administrative Assistant. I spent my off hours getting my Flight Instructor certification. Left that for a job as a copilot on a Twin Otter for Seaplane Shuttle Transport, Inc. in New York flying FEDEX mail. Left that for a full time instructor position at Linden, New Jersey for about a year. Hired on with Southern Jersey Airways, Inc. in Atlantic City, NJ as a copilot in 1979. Promoted to captain on the Twin Otter in 1980. Also, flew for three years as a copilot on the deHavilland Dash 7. Hired by Domino's Pizza, Inc. in Ann Arbor, Michigan in October 1986 as a corporate pilot on the Twin Otter and Convair 580. Furloughed in 1988.
