Hershel's Story
After graduation in '58 I traveled a bit to a few other states, then came back home. I started working in the construction trade in ceramic tile and marble. I got married in Jan. of '63 and in a few years had a tile and marble business of my on. My wife's name is Di Ann and we have a daughter, Lenea (Lanay) Denise and a son Hershel III. '73, subbing out work that I couldn't do to other trades/friends. I have a mobile home/fishing hideaway on Lake Okeechobee, sixty acres in North Georgia (Homer) where we have started building our summer home. It should be completed by the summers end, 2008.
A class reunion is planned for April 11-12-13, 2008 for the classes of 1957 and 1958 combined. Our faithful group of planners, headed by Sheila Achison Kinnard is putting it together for us.
