Hickory's Story
After high school I was drafted and wound up going to Vietnam in 1968 and returned in 1969. When I returned I was stationed at Fort Devens until 1970. In 1970 I played minor league baseball for a couple of years (had elbow surgery and called it quits in 1973. I got married the first time in 1971 and after 2 kids got divorced in 1979. ce. I was a general manager for a boston hospital for 28 years until my retirement in 2012. My wife and I own a house in Puerto Rico and we spend quite a bit of time there. The house is across the street from a mariner on the Carribean Sea. I really enjoy my time there because there is always something to do. The Puerto Rican people enjoy life; they work to live and we here in the states live to work.
