Hilda's Story
Life
In 1970 I married Donald Ingle and moved to Indianapolis, IN. I stayed home and was homemaker and mother until 1989. I went back to work in 1989 to help our son, Lonnie, with his college expenses so he would not have all the loans to pay back like I did when I finished college. He went on to get a degree in Medical Technology and works at Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis in the cancer and bone marro...Expand for more
w clinic. I was forced to retire in 1994 after a work accident that left me unable to walk but very little. Don retired in 1999 and since then we have enjoyed retirement and traveling. We also enjoy our granddaughter, Lindsey, age 2 1/2 and are looking forward to another granddaughter in March. This past year I had cancer surgery and radiation therapy but so far all it well and no sign of the cancer returning.
