Life
Well let's see... after High School I attended Sam Houston State for a year and then came back to Lamar for two years. I wasn't serious either attempt and ended up getting married and decided college wasn't for me. I married Kevin Wiggins (class of '89) and we had two children. We were married nearly 7 years and then divorced in 1998, but are still great friends. I was single for 4 years during which I met a man from Russia through work and ended up flying to Moscow for two weeks. It went great but it wasn't meant to be - in the end he couldn't leave his daughter behind in Russia to move to the US. I dated casually after that and just enjoyed my children and my friends. fe is great and I am heading back to Lamar this Fall for another attempt. I'll be working full time and going to school full time so things are about to get really interesting! More to follow...
Update: 2/20/2008
Well it looks like I'll finally graduate in May of this year - at last! The kids are doing great...two 14yr olds and a 10yr old keep me busy as does working full time while going to school at night. I lost my best friend this past May. Danielle Huggins (Smith) passed away and it still takes my breath away at time to realize she's really gone. She left behind a daughter that I hope to one day share all the wonderful stories of her mother. Cherish your loved ones and friends - you never know when they will be taken from you.
