Holly's Story

Life What can I say, I have had a very busy 20 years since graduation. I am a cancer survivor. I was diagnosed with cancer shortly after graduation. I was married to a wonderful man in May of 1992. We are not able to have any children. In 1996 I was diagnosed with congestive cardiomyopathy. This is an enlargement of the heart muscle. Afte...Expand for more
r several days of being in the hospital, I was referred over to St. Luke's Medical Center wher I was place on the Cardiac Transplant list. 2 years later I received the gift of life. My husband and I bought a house and we are currently living in West Allis with our 2 dogs. I work for Children's Hospital, and enjoy doing as much as I possible can.
