Holly's Story
Life
I gave birth to my first son Kenny Newcombe(now 22)in February 1983, followed 4 years later by a girl, Megan Newcombe in June 1987.
I married for the first time on January 1 1993 (to what turned out to be the totally wrong person for me and my kids)He had 2 children form a previous marriage, so we had quite a housefull.6 months after we married he moved us all to Calgary Ab. where I presently reside.Together he and I had 2 more children, Hunter(10), and Emma(9).
I tried for 9 years to keep the marriage going, but finally decided that the kids and I would be better off on our own.

I have worked as a certified nurse aide for 6 years( a very rewarding job for me, as I really enjoy working with people)
8 years ago I started driving school bus, and the company I worked for told me that if I got my air brake certificate I could possibly drive coach buses. When I went to recieve my air certificate, they put me in the cab of a semi truck,and at that point I decided that this is where I want to be.
I have been driving 18 wheelers for about 6 years now.
Like they say it gets into your blood and the desire to be out on the open road is great.But with young kids still at home , I only run the hiway on weekends when the kids are at thier dads, or during summer break.
