My Spouse
We were introduced by my friend and his sister in law (not the same person)who thought we would make a good pair. But ... when we first "met" neither of us was allowed to talk to the other person - we could just "check them out". It was kind of dumb!
My Pets
2 cats ... they are wierd, but most cats are. One of them won't put his face in water so we leave the sink full and he stands up to his elbows in the water then licks his paws to get a drink. Oh, he also likes to play with ice cubes. They are kind of stupid, but keep the kids entertained.
My Kids
I have 2 kids ... a daughter and a step-son. ...Expand for more
They are both in middle-school so life is a challenge!
My Job
I'm the Financial Controller and CFO for an aerospace manufacturing company in Wichita KS. We manufacture the "black boxes" and instruments that go on some of the general aviation aircraft manufactured by Learjet, Raytheon and Cessna. We also have engine instrument display systems for 747 and DC-10 aircraft, mainly flying on cargo carrier aircraft. We also have software for use in helping the pilots, cabin personnel, and maintenance people keep the planes running efficiently It's a pretty interesting business ... check it out at www.spirent-systems.com.
