Married 21 years now!
My Husband is Tom. He decided to start his own international business - quit the corporate life - he and I travel extensively now that he owns his own business....we have a nanny for our four children - but sometimes we take the children with us - as we did this past summer for a month - unfortunately it corresponded to the class reunion....sad I missed that, but Europe was quite fun with all the children this time!
I have four children - Jonathan 15 Matthew 13 Nicholas 9 and Sarah Rose 6. We currently live in Birmingham, Al. Have lived all over the country. Retired from a paying job many years ...Expand for more

Travel is a passion of mine now...mostly Europe is a favorite - but I love the Caribbean Islands,The Antilles, Hawaii, Mexico and Canada ( a little too cold for me, however). I love the South, the pleasant weather, especially NO snow. Birmingham has mountains and our home is on the side of a mountain...beautiful scenery,in the fall the foliage is amazing and it is always mild.
My hobbies include photography (something that brings me much joy) , gardening, reformer pilates, cooking, enjoying most outdoor activities in the south...swimming, running, biking and hiking with my children.
I have never been back to Iowa since I bought a one way ticket to Georgia in
1994. I often wonder if it is still the same? I know I am not.....
