Holly's Story
Life
When I was around 21 years old , I moved to Austin Texas to stay with my brother Mike and his band until I found a place of my own. I ended up rooming with two great girls and met my husband from there. Got married in 1985 and had two great kids. My son is 16 ( Tommy ) and my daughter12 ( Laura Sue ). I am a cosmetologist and also do faux finish in homes on the side.I have been blessed to be able to do all this and still consider myself as a stay at home mom as well ( thanks to my husband always supporting me). I recently went back to NJ (2001) with my family after being away for over 15 years. IT was a blast to see my old neighborhood and go back to NY. iends and family and didn't realize how beautiful Middlesex NJ really is, the lake was just wonderful to see. The old highschool was a trip to see and my old home as well. I am happy in Texas, just to dam hot for me at times and I do hate those fire ants.I do miss the four seasons in NJ. In Texas they call the four seasons "Almost summer, summer, end of summer and Christmas!" My kids have never seen snow, hopefully I will come back to NJ when it's all white, just don't want to be stuck there!
Workplace
I work from my home, have my own in home salon. Have great clients and feel like I am living the movie Steel Magnolias at times. I love to do color and have the best clients in the world. I love the fact that I am always with my family as well.
