Homer's Story

Went in the Marines in Sept. 1966, went to Viet Nam in May 67,came home in Feb. 69. Stationed at Lemoore Naval Air Station until April 71, went to Okinawa until May 72, then to 29 Palms until June 72. Got out of service,back to San Angelo and the oilfield as roughneck. Went to Iran in 77. Worked on...Expand for more
drilling rigs thru out the Middle East and North Africa until Aug. 84. worked in west Texas, drilling, until 1988. Then into welding and fitting. Traveled around the states working until Sept. 2002, when I met my wife and settled down in La Porte, Tx. Married 4 times, have 3 kids, two boys 1 girl.
