Editions, Toronto), as well as chapters in several collections of essays on the political economy of higher education (mainly through IGI Global, Hershey, PA & Nova Science Publications, New York, NY).
Edited some: (e.g., "Bridges: Explorations in Science, Technology and Society" (1986-1991), The College Quarterly," (1992-1997) and served as Book Review Editor of "The Innovation Journal". (1998-2021) and 'The College Quarterly' (2001-2017).
Oddest thing? Received Canada 150 Citizenship Award from the Parliament of Canada for "Thought Leadership" (whatever our noble leaders imagine THAT to be!).
Proudest thing? I've been a trade union activist and elected local, regional, and provincial official for most of the past 50 years ... currently shop steward for OPSEU Local 560 and contributor to the Union magazine, "In Soldarity" since 2014 and the Canadian Association of University Teachers' Bulletin since 2016.
Funniest thing? I was a string reporter for KPOI-FM in Honolulu in 1969 and reported "live from Woodstock" ... yes, THAT Woodstock.
Best thing? My daughter - now a lawyer and provincial government auditor.
