Hulon's Story

I only attended Samuell the one year(1960-1961) as a student from Buckner Home. I attended (now) Tx A&M Commerce a year and worked 37 years in the trucking industry, retiring in 1999 with a Teamster pension. I was married to Betty Jean Smith ( class of 1964) for 22 years , lived in Mesquite,tx, and raised 2 boys. Unfortunately the oldest was killed on...Expand for more
a motorcycle in 1989 in Mesquite. I have a son, Rodney and wife Penney in Weatherford and 2 granddaughters. I moved to Houston briefly and have lived in April Sound on Lake Conroe for 12 yearsI. I haven't been back to any of the class reuinions for Samuell over the years but plan to attend the picnic on Flagpole Hill in Dallas second Saturday in June.
