I founded and ran a non-profit international adoption agency for close to 30 years... The adoption industry has undergone some serious changes recently that are not all aligned with my own personal values and goals, so I called it quits.. I do not feel the changes meet the needs of children worldwide, or of the parents who are eager to make a lifelong commitment to these kids. I have done a lot of re-thinking about my mission(s) and purposes. This led me to pursue professional coaching accreditation and to establish a private practice around Life Stage, Family, Relationship Changes (Big Changes, Hard Choices, Second Chances). My practice specializes in areas of hard life transitions, widows and widowers, grief & loss (and reinvesting in life), divorce adjustment, aging gracefully, career changes, creativity finding or expanding, adoption, infertility, birth parent grief and moving forward, aging or ill family members caregiving issues.....I have many interests and areas of experience.
