Irma's Story
Many of my high school associates can remember me from the girls basketball team and the girls softball team. Iwas always somewhat mischeivous and always kept something going just for fun. I really was not as quiet as alot of people thought I was. It would probably surprise many people that I am a licensed and ordained Minister of the Gospel.
I have been licensed since 1995 and ordained since 2000. Teachers I would like to see again would be Diana Gray and Paula Ramsey because their patience with me has left a major impact on the patience it takes to understand and minister effectively to other people. The craziest thing I did in high school was to skip school and go to the marina with most of the softball team. My first crush is married with 2 or 3 children and still living in Ettrick. ly what I am doing now execpt I would have a husband who really understands me and supports me in my ministry. Then I would be happier when I retire and can travel the world spreading the gospel. I lived in Virginia the first 47 years of my life and suddenly through a move of God, I picked up and moved to Atlanta, not knowing many people and knowing nothing about the laws, culture or job market. Some how I managed to land on my feet after 2 years of struggling. I am now managing a 47,000 square foot recreation center in Riverdale, GA, I am involved with the Center of Hope Church where the Pastor is highly effective in teaching other ministers order, integrity and servanthood. My son Ahmaad is also here with me and this makes me very happy. I will say that for the first time in my life, I am experiencing a peace that surpasses all understanding.
