Life
Thirty-two (32) years of experience in the Biotechnology, Device, and Pharmaceutical Industries including; seven (7) years in Project Management, five (5) years in Research & Development and Technical Services. Additionally, seven (7) years were spent in Human Resources, two (2) as HR Manager of ER, Recruiting & Safety & Health, and five (5) of which were in Training and Development. Furthermore, twelve (12) years were spent in Manufacturing Operations and the last nine (9) years have been spent in the areas of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance including Compliance, Documentation, Material & Product Release, Validation and Quality Systems. Additionally, as Associate Director of Manufacturing and Project Leader, I served as company liaison to foreign partners and successfully launched an innovative medical device in Europe, Japan and the US. Consequently, I have traveled extensively throughout the world including Australia, Canada, Europe, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, the South Pacific, and the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii. Finally, I have actively held a California Real Estate License for fourteen (14) years, and I possess three degrees; an MA in Organizational Management, a BS in Business Administration, and a general Associate of Arts Degree with Life Science Emphasis.
