Retired USAF Major and retired as the Program Manager of the Retail Telecommunications and Water Regulation Section at the Oregon Public Utility Commission in Salem, OR. y tree - currently back to the 1600s when my Emmons (Emans) family came to the United States. Photography is my passion. My wife, Cheryl Rusen (Grant HS class of 1966), passed in 2005. I have a very special lady in my life, the former Donna Salyers (Grant HS class of 1964). Life is great and really enjoy living on the Oregon Coast.
