Isabel's Story
High school was great, but life changed quickly when I graduated. I went to college that September, met my future husband there, got married two weeks after completing college and started my career teaching high school Spanish just two months after my wedding.
I taught for 5 years, stopped teaching for 13 to raise the 3 children I would have. I went back to teaching 8 years ago and am still doing it.
My children are a 24 year old daughter, 20 yea...Expand for more
r old son and a 14 year old daughter. (this explains the 13 year break in my career) I am still married to the same guy!
Now at almost 50 I'm thinking back a lot and wondering how everyone is doing. I have great memories and realize that high school years are some of the most important we experience and remember in spite of all the stuff that happens afterwards.
I'm happy to have experienced it all with all of you my classmates from East Side.
