He later attended Red Deer College 1986 and 1996 (Computers,Pyschology,Welding,Business., Computer Basics), Norquest College, Edmonton, AB (Mental Health Certificate), Athabasca University (Labour Studies and Canadian Labour Movements.). He works(ed) at Michener Services, michener center, Government of Alberta. Ivan's interests include AUPE, Canada's Food Guide, Prophetics. Music he likes includes Heavy metal, Rascal Flatts, Van Halen. Books he likes include Historical Facts and Events, Treasure Island, From Here to Eternity (novel). Movies he likes include The Godfather, Star Wars, The Time Tunnel. TV shows he likes include The Big Bang Theory, Action Adventure, Deadliest Catch. From this, happiness in both the short term and the long term for both yourself and others will come. Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them humanity cannot survive. My religion is very simple. My religion is kindness. Old friends pass away, new friends appear. It is just like the days. An old day passes, a new day arrives. The important thing is to make it meaningful: a meaningful friend - or a meaningful day. Open your arms to change, but don't let go of your values. Our prime purpose in this life is to help others. And if you can't help them, at least don't hurt them. Remember that not getting what you want is sometimes a wonderful stroke of luck. Sleep is the best meditation. Sometimes one creates a dynamic impression by saying something, and sometimes one creates as significant an impression by remaining silent. Spend some time alone every day. The purpose of our lives is to be happy. The roots of all goodness lie in the soil of appreciation for goodness.
