A lot has happened over the years and in the past few I quit my job as a Correctional Officer and Church Organist to pursue another career. In January I took a CDL course and I got Class A's in my wallet now....don't have a job yet but looking....so if I am OTR and miss it, well....see ya at 50. :) Update: The account is going dormant soon so thought I'd add some bio...I haven't said anything about Cancer, but I have had to deal with it 4 times now. In 2011, I was diagnosed with a lung tumor and in 2013, a tumor was found in my lower intestines (like finding an easter egg in a cottonfield) and then in 2018 and 2022 I had bladder tumors (catheters are so much fun)...after surgery and chemo, I am still here. It's treatable, not a death sentence (at least for me, it wasn't.) I'm still doing a church gig as organist/choir director in Wilmington at Messiah Lutheran Church. (Kudos to Martin Luther for bucking the Catholics.) I turned 65 this past year (thank the gods for Medicare) and started pretending to be semi-retired...hah! Also, finally CAME OUT and trying to live openly as a proud gay man (still looking) and for those who would condemn me for it, get over it...we're here, we're queer and we ain't going no place. PRIDE is about not being ashamed...later, ta-ta.
