More about Jack:"Life is good !! Just celebrated 5 years past my predicted "drop dead date" after stopping all cancer treatments. Coming up on six years with only one lung. So we"ll have to make up another "Bucket List" .
Still playing decent tennis at least three days a week. (Fortunately there are 220 members in the Tennis Association. A lot of different skill levels. I was able to get in the group that allows players to use "walkers". As long as they put tennis balls on them so they don't mess up the courts. If my body gets worse I can always move to the group that allows two bounces before I hit.)

No complaints at all......Of course, lots and lots of ailments...I just started to think I should be blaming them on being 77 years old rather than the chemo and radiation side effects. But then it doesn't matter...when I think about many of my classmates, friends and acquaintances who have been gone for some time. I HAVE been blessed! (With a great caregiver...Nan! The past five six years have been a load on her I'm sure. However, everything turned out pretty good. What an "Energizer Bunny" she is!)
We've joined a great church here. We are pretty active in it. Especially Nan. Wonderful people in the congregation. I'm not the oldest but pretty close. Great mix of ages. From our age to our kids ages to our grand kids ages. Contemporary service. Super staff and people. Lots of fun. I must say...it does make a difference!!
It has been and still is a GREAT life!
