Final position; LAN / Desktop Manager on MTA/NY City Transit Program. Directly employed by NYCT in 2005. Retired April 2008. Spend time in summer in my vacation home in the Berkshires in Western MA. Kayaking, Concerts at Tanglewood, Jacobs Pillow, Museums, hanging with frends. Recently began geocaching as an activity & way to keep moving".

I frequently make fried rice for breakfast; easy to make and comes together quickly. Lately, I've been crisping the rice, like the crispy rice you get in a bowl of Korean Bibimbop. Learned a trick for this from a recipe by

Gnocchi, not boiled. Sauteed in butter & olive oil with prosciutto & sage leaves. Delizioso!
A twist on PB & J. Peanut butter with grapes (not grape jelly) on a crepe.
egg salad's a nice quick meal but it's even better when you make it 'deviled egg' salad with mustard & herbs.
Korean inspired spicy sloppy joes in lettuce cups. Pretty darn good.
I've made steaks every which way from Sunday & was settled on the reverse-sear method. Recently I tried it in an air-fryer oven. This one is from a few nights ago; Prime Filet Mignon, medium-rare in a pool of Sauce Bernaise
