nder Lithium Therapy causes Acute Allergic Toxic Shock Reactions. I was told being Lithium was new 30 years ago the doctors did not know these side- effects at the time, as they know today. That a person taking Lithium should never get massively dehydrated by running long distances or exercise for long periods. You can say; I was lucky in a way (I do not think I was so lucky personally- the side effects for me were a nightmare take it from me)) the psychological side effects of being forced to take Lithium while getting massive dehydrated from long distance running cause confusion, hallucination etc. But such high levels of Lithium “a poison” in your blood at “Toxic Levels” can also literally kill you and do permanent damage to your organs.".
