Hi everyone,
I don't think I was too memorable while I was in HS, but, I was a Hall Monitor for a couple of years and was convinced I could run for queen of our school. I came in about last but sure did gain a lot more self confidence through it all. I worked in Peoria for a couple of years after school. I worked for Peoria Musical Co keeping books for a year and then went on to work for Travelers Insurance Co for a year and a half. Lillie (Tripp) Shaw and I went to Michigan on vacation to a dude ranch where I met the first man I married. We were married 25 years and had 3 children and then divorced. ween marriages I worked as a cashier clerk in a grocery store, as a press operator and do it all gal for a dry cleaning establishment and finally in a CPA's office for the last 7 years before meeting and marrying my present husband. He is a very good man and I have really enjoyed life with him. I was born-again at the age of 35 and the God who loves us all became my true love before my second husband. I live to serve God and love my family and share the "Good News" with anyone who cares to hear it. I am very joyful now and hope everyone else is too.
