Jacqueline's Story
Dr. / CAPT Jacqueline (Lewis) Mcelhannon pursued a degree in Criminal Justice through Chaminade University, and after graduating with a BA she subsequently graduated from Webster University with a MA in Security Management and earned Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management Information Systems. ded the Air War College in Montgomery, AL and earned a second MA degree in National Security and Strategic Studies, with a concentration in Cyber Studies, as well as obtaining Air University Cyber Award for on the development of thinking within the cyberspace domain. She served in a variety of leadership positions in the U.S. Navy overseeing the execution of advanced information systems and intelligence programs. Her husband, Joel Mcelhannon, is a retired Naval information technology officer.
