Jacqueline's Story
Life
I just heard about this page from Leah and Michelle. Would love to hear from people since I lost touch with most after high school.
After high school I went to university, and went to university and went to university. Many years later I came up for air and had ended up with two degrees (B.Science from U of A and B. of Social Work from U of C). After all that schooling, I decided to get a job and actually get paid so I started working as a Child Welfare Social Worker with the Government of Alberta.

1 1/2 before returning to the bright lights and big city of Calgary in early 1997.
I still am a government employee, although I now supervise a unit of social workers who do investigations , ongoing child protection services and services to children with special needs. I enjoy my job although it can be very stressful.
My personal life has not improved much since high school (how depressing) in that I am still single and have no children. I am the proud aunt of one nepwhew who lives in Ontario.
By the way, I managed to add this bio without paying any money, so it would be great if others added some personal info as well! I'd love to hear from you - I can be emailed at jacquiedotmastenbroekatgovdotabdotca.
