Jacqueline's Story
I have had a busy life. Graduation and immediately to work. While working at WSMR Civil Service, I married a New Yorker from Holloman AFB, NM who came to Las Cruces to see my brother play with the Keymen. I traveled the world for 18 years and returned to Las Cruces for the sunshine. I plan to be here forever. I raised my three children and they went on traveling the world. After they started leaving home, I quit work at the City of Las Cruces and went back to school. I received my Associates Degree in MicrocomputerBooking/Secretarial Administration.at Dona Ana Branch Community College. I received my Medical Office Certificate from International Business College to learn a little about my own medical health. ne thing. I worked at Dona Ana County Sheriff's Department as a transcriptional Next it was on back to the City of Las Cruces Police Department as a transcriptionist which was one of my dreams. Exciting, "Yes!". Carpal Tunnel Syndrome was taking over so I gave up and went to the Munson Senior Center to use my microcomputer booking skills and learn about caring for my elderly mother. It all was fun, educatiional but my health got the best of me so I retired May 2010 from the City of Las Cruces and am back to traveling and caring for my mother. I will travel as long as my health allows. I finally have three grandchildren and one on the way. My family wanted fun first and then marriage making me an old grandmother. December 10, 2015, I had a new granddaughter, and she is a little doll. Looks like my son.
