I love to travel, scuba dive (tropical), snowboard, cook, movies,trap shoot and spend time with my wife (Kristine). Kris and I are also NPC Judges for Bodybuilding, Figure, Fitness, Bikini and Men's Physique competitions. While I like to do all that, my hobby is bodybuilding- which is pretty much 24-7. My job as a personal trainer fits right in with my passion and my wife is my training partner.I expanded my reach when I started an Internet based Personal Training and Nutrition Consulting business serving the beginner to the elite level competitive athlete and everyone in between. I got more serious about competing in 06 when I realized I wouldn't have too many more years before the body stopped responding and I better make the best of it. 2011 was a big year of improvement as I brought my condition and quality to a National level. 2012 will be about growing those qualities and moving up the National rankings.".
