James H. Bason is an experienced financial executive with a history of providing comprehensive lending management expertise to achieve significant increases in assets for nationally recognized community banking organization.
Prior to joining Seedco Financial, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer at Carver Bancorp where he served in various executive roles over the past eight years.

He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego, and a General Banking Diploma from the American Institute of Banking. He completed his Formal Bank Credit Training Program at the Bank of New York.
James is married and has 3 sons. He currently resides in the White Plains/ Elmsford Vicinity
