Life
Hi All! I am a song writer living in Long Beach and I have been stricken with a chronic illness called Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD). It feels, from the waist down, like billions of micro pirhanna with razor sharp burning teeth ripping, shredding, tearing, eating devouring burning pain 24 hrs a day. There is no cure and there is no one way to treat it. I believe I am handling it very well but I am in pain. I spend most of my time playing the acoustic guitar and I love it very much. I have written some pretty good songs I've been told. I love bluegrass. The beautiful sound of the acoustic guitar is only second to the sweet sound of Mother Nature herself. acoustic guitar. I really enjoy playing for people even though I am not very good and I am a mediocre singer at best, hehehe. I have been told that I am pretty good song writer. Even the great Doc Watson called me at home July 2002 and said he liked some of my stuff. What a dream come true having my alltime favorite entertainer call me at home! But I love it and it helps get me thru some very painful and lonely days. I love to read to. I play cyber golf to which has allowed me to meet alot of wonderful and special people from all over the world. I can still play real golf but I am not the 6 handicap golfer I once was, LOL! I would Love to hear from any of you! I obviously cant work so I would love to visit anyone who is in Calif or in the west somewhere. Good Health & Good Music!
