James's Story
After graduating from Bell High in 69, I bounced around several colleges and finally managed to get a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from CSULB in 1977. In 1979 I suffered a fractured spine and spent several months in a hospital and eventually, with God's grace, healed. In 1985 I took a job in Jakarta Indonesia where I met and married Sari in 1986. wo sons were born in Jakarta and in 1989 we moved our family to Houston. Our daughter was born soon after.
Life has been good despite continued problems with my bones. I am currently studying for a ThM degree and am involved in two different ministries. Last year I had the honor of delivering the sermon at our church twice while our Pastor was out of town.
