Well, it's how many decades! High School was a struggle for me; I had a few learning disabilities that made study difficult and always felt a little on the outside of everything. But maybe that was a more common feeling of adolescence and if I asked someone "hey, do you fell a bit on the outside?" they might have said, "hey, ya, I kinda do!"
I have kept myself in good shape and enjoy hiking, climbing, skiing, surfing and travel adventures. I live in Kingston, NH on 6 acres and really enjoy the country life. a Master Silver and Goldsmith and have designed jewelry and silver sculptures for Cartier's and Tiffanies (in New York) and Shreve, Crump and Low (in Boston). I owned a store in Newburyport, Ma. For 22 years which, after my wife died from cancer in 2005, I sold. They say you loose your mind for a while after your spouse dies, it's true. Now I have clients come directly to my workshop to design jewelry for them. I do miss the social life of retail but don't miss the headaches! My plan now is to build a web site (or that is have someone build a website for me!) on which I can display and sell the things I design and make.
