James's Story
Life
11 years ago I married Cherie from Kennewick, WA (she still wears her Lion's t-shirt on the days I don my Bomber shorts). I graduated from BYU in accounting and worked in Salt Lake City for about 5 years doing forensic accounting and litigation support work mixed in with tax work. We moved to Bothell, WA in early 2001 and I worked for a small CPA firm for a short while before jumping over to the public sector. I now work for the Dept of Justice. I worked in the Seattle office of the US Trustee Program (doing bankruptcy work) for about 3 years before deciding transferring to their Utah office where we currently reside. My wife and I adopted 2 children while we were living in Bothell. They are pretty darn cute and lots of fun. They appreciate my sense of humo...Expand for more
r and think I am some sort of superhero posing as a regular working joe. That about sums it up. I love the skiing down here. I have fond memories of the friends and teachers at RHS. I astound my friends and co-workers when I tell them about how un-PC our high school symbol was. Before we had children we did some fun trips including Japan, Canada (both B.C. and Toronto), Mexico (and I did a study abroad program in Jerusalem for a semester during college). Our travel plans for next year include Disneyland (now that the kids are old enough to enjoy it) and good old Richland, WA (for a 20 yr reunion?).
I'm looking forward to seeing everyone again though I don't think I can remember everyone's names. I've bumped into quite a few people in the far reaches of the U.S.
