Jim's Story
Joined the Marines out of high school, served 7 years in the Corps (1973-1980) and did reserve time till 1983. I made a career working for a major parts/assembly manufacturing company in Grand Prairie Texas (ever heard of Vought Aircraft). Married twice (both great gals), two grown daughters and a step-son (great kids), six grand kids, ready to retire...
(Update) I have retired, June/2013 and I am contracting with Verify Inc, working with the Boeing company as a contract quality rep. Hey at 58 y.o.a. its too early to retire...Expand for more
, but I can see doing this till I'm 70 at least and then cut back to 3 - 6 months a year, let's see how I'm feeling then...
My wife and I like to RV, travel, go to NASCAR events and spend time with the family...

My wife and I have retired in Glen Rose Tx (she grew up here and graduated from H/S here). We've built a new house and really love it, we escaped from the metroplex/DFW...
Update, 7/2020, yep Im still working with Verify for Sikorsky and Northrop Grumman Marine Systems, having a good time, going strong...
