James's Story
I moved to Montana in 1978 with my wife Claudia and our two children, Scott and Grace Joy. I've never regretted leaving California. The Big Sky Country is my home now. I got my Masters degree and taught middle school for 28 years and now am semi-retired. I work at Home Depot part time and dig for gold and fish in my spare time. I just finished my first book about my fishing experiences while growing up in California. It's on Amazon Kindle Books with the title "Fishing with Jimmy Hil...Expand for more
l". The next one will be about Montana and beyond. I have lots of fishing stories to share. It's fun writing and later I plan on doing my full autobiography. I may want to use some of you for my book so be ready for a contact. I had a knee replacement 3 years ago but I haven't slowed down much. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats to keep us company. Life is good and am planning a trip in June to see friends and relatives in California. Let me know if anyone wants to visit while we're there.
