James's Story
I retired from the Baltimore County Sheriffs Dept. with 30 yrs. of service in 2016 where I was court officer for the Circuit Court. I lived in the White Marsh area and got married in 1989 to my present wife Joyce. We moved to Milton DE. in 2017 in a new home we just had built. Milton is close to Lewes & all the beach areas. s being on the water fishing, crabbing,and clamming. I have a small boat I go out on or I charter some bigger boats that go out in the ocean. We love it down her in lower slower DE. We have wildlife preserves close to us with lots of waterways in them. My wife and I worked hard all our life to enjoy the seashore life we have today. So this shy, backwards kid back in high school did alright for himself with a wonderful wife of 32 yrs.
