James's Story
I started the program and coached water polo at Auburn HS, the boys for 14 years, the girls for 8 years. Now I am the assistant coach at Auburn Riverside HS where my oldest son plays.
I still manage to get in the pool myself. Enough so I don't embarass myself when we make our annual trip to compete at Masters Nations in California. In a couple of years I get to play in the 50 and over division. It's depressing just to think about, being that old.

eped down from being the Cub Master for a Cub Scout Pack in Auburn after 7 years when my youngest moved on to Boy Scouts. In my free time I like to volunteer for various conservation groups planting trees and removing invasive weeds. The rest of the time I sit in a cubicle in a downtown Seattle office building staring at a computer screen and looking at legal documents and dreaming of the day when I can get back in the woods and get paid to do what I really want to do.
