Life
I joined the USMC in 1979. Didn't get to make it to any reunions due to always being out of the state or the country. I did manage to make the 25th in 2000. I retired in May 2000 after 21 years. Moved back to Indy and started working for Sears. I ran the Sears parts and service branch at Castleton. After 1 1/2 years, my position was deleted and I moved to Griffith, In., up by Chicago. Worked as a production Manager in a steel mill. After 1 1/2 years, the economy dried up again and my position was deleted. quipment (tanks, amtraks, etc.) mechanic like I was in the Corps. Very good job with a very good paycheck and stability again. Wendy is in maintenance at the Army recreation area at lake Belton.
I married Wendy Jo Deal in 1994. She is a Ben Davis alum (yuck!!). We have 2 boys. Richard Jacob was born March 29, 1997 and Jason Tyler was born Dec 1, 1998. Those two and a Husky/Lab (Smokey), a Beagle mix (Ginger) and a full breed white husky (Siku Luna) keep us busy.
The boys play soccer every year and I coach them. They are very smart (both in the genious level) and love school more than summer vacation. They MUST be aliens!
