James's Story
Life
Well I finally made it, bigtime, I am retired and living the good life in Florida with my dog Bridget. I am in Zephyhills FL, about 23 miles NE of Tampa, and 60 miles SW of Orlando. Life is good, swim at the pool, ride my bike (one you peddle), live in a very nice community. My son Chris is a Firefighter/Paramedic, here in Pasco County, and my daughter Jen is in the Navy as a Liniquist, she is married to a Navy guy, they both ar Linquists. No Grandchildren yet:(
Workplace
I retired from the Defense Logistics Agency working in the Contracts world, retired in...Expand for more
1996 after 27 years. I have done some odd jobs since, property appraiser, SeaWorld, Walmart, and finally school bus driver, which was a great rewarding job, drove a bus that transported wheel chairs and children who were deaf, or had other problems. Most were little children, I had an assistant, and I will never forget how much of a pleasure, and fun we had on the bus, and an A/C bus. Now fully retired and enjoying life here in Paridise.
Military
I retired from the Army Reserves after 22 years as a Sergeant Major
E-9, and now enjoythe check and bennies I earned.
