James's Story
Spent a few years in college after high school but got drafted into the army in 1967 and served with the 9th infantry in Vietnam in 68 and 69. Started working with the Bechtel Corporation in 1970 .and moved to Maryland. Graduated from Montgomery Community college, New York institute of Technology and got my Masters degree from University Of Maryland . Traveled a lot with Bechtel and worked in the states and Europe and after 45 years retired from the company a few years ago and still reside in Maryland. ...Expand for more
Have a son and daughter and grandson and granddaughter who just graduated from Hood college. Made me feel a lot older! Still enjoy traveling but this old body doesn't always work as well as it use too! ha, Just came back from visiting Niagara Falls after 38 years. Definitely has changed but brought back memories stopping by Dicamillo bakery. and checking out the house I grew up in on 27th street and Ferry ave and of course checking out the falls on both the American and Canadian side. A great trip.
