Life
Greetings,
My home is in La Selva Beach, California and have been in that general area since 1988. Between my fiancé and I we have four girls, one is mine. There ages are 15, 17, 20 and 22. To keep everyone entertained we have a 8 year old British Bulldog named Mobi Dick after the whale, I think you get the picture.
I have just finished 2 years in Kingston, Jamaica and am now returning to PoCo as Vice President of International Submarine Engineering. It should be an interesting change after being away for the past 27 years in various places around the planet.

ineering in 1983 I went to work in the offshore oil and gas industry. I piloted Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV's) for numerous diving companies and lived in Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, Norway and Scotland. After the oilfield I spent a year training the USN in ROV operations for mine counter measures. In 1987 I joined Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute and was with them through 2002 when I started my own sub-sea consulting company, McFarlane Marine Services, LLC. I built a cool 10 passenger submarine for a guys yacht and then took over as VP for an oceanographic equipment manufacturer. I joined the ISA in September 2009.
