wo years everyone who wanted a job got one at a major corporation like Pratt & Whitney, Babcock & Wilcox, New Port Shipyards, or an Architectural firm in Washington, D.C. I went to B&W, moved on to consulting engineering firms, learned all I could from engineers I drafted for, became a designer, a project leader, and I retired in 2012 as a Project Manager for an International Engineering Firm named Burns & McDonnell. Today I have three children, all over 30 years old, six grandchildren, five that live around my wife and I. I've been married 42 years, became a Christian (born-again), got my personal life straightened out, went to college and have had a blessed life.
