James's Story

Life I can no longer run a 4:28 mile or a 2 hour 45 minute marathon like I did my soph. year in college. I still like to run (I now carry an additional 90 to 100lbs to my frame!) and I run in the 3.5 mile Corporate Challenge Race in Central Park every year. I have run for the New York Stock Exchange Inc. team the last 10 years where I worked in New Listings and Client Service Division as an Account Manager for New England Companies. I graduated from Montclair State University and was Captain of the Cross Country Team for a few years. In 1993,I finished a Masters in Public Administration at night at Rutgers Graduat...Expand for more
e School in Newark. I was married in 1996, to Maureen Buckley (finally) and presently have a daughter 8 years old Meghan and a son 6 years, James Thomas Jr. who we call Seamus. I now own a double baby-jogger and run 5 K's pushing both kids! I am also an active member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians of America Inc. in Stamford and the Knights of Columbus at my parish in New Canaan, Connecticut. In January 2008, I was elected to the New Canaan, CT. Republican Town Committee (RTC) and have been active with them as well. The rest of my family are all fine and my parents still live on West Crescent Ave. in Allendale.
