Age fifty finds me in Charleston, South Carolina amidst the third reinvention of self. Playing the corporate game during my 30s-40s just didn't feel honest, so I'm growing my hair long again and doing well with my own thing as a freelancer and creative mercenary. (Artists and Musicians are sorta expected to do that, ya know.) I still look to be about 35. Okay, you can hate me for it! I worked in the Mental Health field for a while: it's okay to be one's self; in fact, it's healthier. Yes, I still play music. After gigging in the Atlanta and New Orleans scenes, touring at the Regional and National levels, playing clubs and concerts in Savannah, and teaching guitar and music theory, the guitar is still important here and will always be.
