As my Wife of 28+ Years , Rhonda and I start out the New Year of 2023, we are finally together in our New Home in Humble,Texas, since I Retired from the Valero St. Charles Refinery on February 11th, 2022, after working 44.5 Years in the Oil Refining Business ; with 20 Years for ARCO & Lyondell Petrochemical Company in Houston Texas and 24.5 Years with TransAmerican Refining Company, Orion Refining Company and the Valero St. Charles Refinery in Norco, Louisiana. ( which is located about 15 miles Southwest of New Orleans, Louisiana) Rhonda and I spent approximately 11.5 years living apart of our 28+ year Marriage, with me living in Kenner, Louisiana & Destrehan, Louisiana while she was living in the Houston, Texas Area & Crosby, Texas Area before we purchased our current Home in Humble, Texas. We recently hosted a Christmas Party for 30 of her Family Members on December 23rd, 2022. If Everyone in her immediate Family would have been able to come we would have expected 41 People. Rhonda has two Daughters from her two previous Marriages and I have two Sons from my second Marriage. Traci lives with her Husband Joe in Kingwood. Texas , which is about 25 minutes from our Home They are both now Retired.. Joe was an Executive with both ARCO Chemical and later Lyondell Petrochemical Corporation. Traci was an Executive Administrative Assistant and Project Coordinator for Enron, Lyondell Petrochemical Corporation and Hess Oil Corporation . Kelli is currently working in Accounts Payable with a Major Company in Downtown Houston , Texas and is temporarily living with us. My older Son Steven works for Bosch Outdoor Tools & Equipment in Atlanta, Georgia. My younger Son David. works for Anthem ( The Parent Company of Blue Cross/ Blue Shield) out of his Home in Marietta, Georgia. David’s Wife Carly has been teaching 1st Grade for Nine Years at a Catholic School in Marietta, Georgia.
