James's Story

Hey everyone how ya'll been. send me an e mail at N3LRJ at YAHOO dot COM love to here from ya'll. Ok what happened to me after school. Well I became an EMT and an ambulance company down the street from me is where I got my start. Ok hockey fans the ambulance company had a contract with the Flyers and 76ers. So I got to go to about 25 games a year for a few years and sat in the locker room with the flyers from 85 to 88. I had a catered dinner with the players and familes before every game. Watched the games from first level above the flyers bench and from down on the ice next to the bench. I met Boby Clark, Bernie Parent Bernies daughter. (Wow she is smoking hot) I can say that now because Bernie can't get me now. That is the ultimate hockey package. Ok so I was an EMT and Volenteer Fire Fighter for 9 years for Rockledge Fire Company Montgomery County Pa. I volenteered for Second Alamers Rescue Squad. Then I drove a cab for a bit and decided that Philly was to small so I got a CDL and drove over the road for C R England Trucking. I got to 47 states. Been to vegas alot. I saw just about every tourist attraction in the country. After that I setteled down in Northhampton County and worked as a Farmer for Jaindel Farms. It is a turkey farm with corn soy beans and wheat for crops. I did everything there even watched the turkeys hatch. I polwed fields behind Mario Andrettis house. I have been to Indy Motor Speedway, Richmond, and Dover. We go to Dover every fall. I now live in Hanover Pa with my wife out here in the sticks and its beautiful. minutes away. I got married in the back of a gas station/laundry mat/courthouse. I drove a bus for Adams County Transit Authority for a couple years and now I am RETIRED. Wow its great. Retired at 38. Own a home SUV BOAT and a ton of expensive toys. My next adventure is since I am retired and go fishing on my boat 7 months out of the year I figured why not get paid to fish. So I am now a Professional Fisherman. I am on the tournament trail with FLW and working on B.A.S.S I might be in a Bass Masters tournament in New York State this summer. I do miss Philly a bit but I also miss Vegas. I have just about done it all. I do really miss being a Fire Fighter and EMT that was the most rewarding thing I have ever done. I felt like GOD when I saved someone from the dead. When you are doing CPR on someone and see them wake up in the Er you feel like GOD its an unbelievable high. When you walk into a burning building and walk back out you feel like you can walk on water. The down side is when you see 60 familes lose everything the own the come home from work to see their apartment building completely in flames they grab your arm and cry about their lost pets their priceless family photos everything they own go up in smoke. That you never get used to. I think thats worse then watching someone die. I still am haunted by that memory. I think that about says it all. SEND ME AN E MAIL TO YAHOO AT N3LRJ AT YAHOO DOT COM USE LOWER CASE. I put a pic of my online race car in. I race with the pros on line with Dale Jr and them guys and in a few other leagues. See Ya"ll Later. Jim Scharf
