James's Story
Life
I retired in O5 after teaching Agriculture in Esparto CA. I now teach Horticulture part time at Woodland Community College. I have three children two girls and a boy. My oldest daughter is teaching Agriculture at Davis high School Davis CA. I am also active with Eurasian Foreign exchange Students. I coordinate them. I have traveled much to Russia, Ukraine, and Republic of Georgia. Started the FFG (Future Farmers of Georgia) which I am most proud of. They now have a national ...Expand for more
organization. I have personally hosted eight of these students. Right now working with the Republic of Georgia furnishing them with eye glasses for the many refugees. I am a member of our local Lions Club who sponsors site for the blind.
'The local Ag teacher in Gilroy also places these students now cannot remember her name. It has been very rewarding.
President of our local school board which has brought many challenges.
Enjoying life with my grown children and wife.
