James's Story
Life
From Sperry HS, I went on to Univ of Roch, somehow managing to get through with a BS in Chemical Engineering right into a recession. Took the one and only job working for the government, US Patent & Trademark Office(USPTO). Married with 3 adopted boys from around the world, and a pack of wild dogs (adopted from various shelters). Earned MS Systems Engineering and Law degrees at night, and supervised a staff of scientists in Analytical Chemistry, Bacteriology, Parasitology, and Viral Immunology. of the Global Intellectual Property Academy, where I traveled the world negotiating and promoting IP. I now am a Judge at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and also teach International IP law and policy at George Mason University's School of Law. I ran one Latin American children's charity during 90's, started a Southeast Asian children's charity 15 years ago. In my free time (LOL :-) ), I am serving on the Board of another non-profit and I am involved in TV studio producing, directing, and doing camera & audio work. I also exercise only to stave off the effects of time and age on my feeble body.
